How It Works

• It is critical that you make a reservation as seating is limited. Arrive early to obtain the best seats.
• RESERVATIONS - preferred method is e-mail: 447houseconcerts@gmail.com. Please put "reservations" in the subject line. We would also appreciate a click on the "Vote" button to help us get an idea of how many to expect. (A click is NOT considered a reservation; it's a way to keep track of seat availability.) It's best to drop us a quick email, to ensure YOU have a seat for the performance. Though as a back-up, call 510-541-9598.
• The house opens 30 minutes before the performance. Please leave extra time for parking, etc. We're located at 1304 Pyne Lane, Alameda, 94502
• There is NO PARKING ON THE STREET. There are many designated spaces for visitors, but those can fill up quickly on weekends.  Please encourage your friends to carpool. We've lost several cars to the tow trucks.
• Donations are cash only (please, no checks), taken at the door. No advance payment.
• Bathroom space is limited. Please arrive early to use facilities as this reduces the line at break time.
• Arrive at least 10 minutes early to claim your reservation and find the best seats. The house opens 30 minutes before the performance to everyone, including those on the waiting list.
• We love children and are looking for a children's performer, but until then, we ask that young children do not attend unless they can sit quietly through two 45-minute performances. If they can, they get in free of charge.
